Disappointing experience. I took my silver ID bracelet in to have the clasp replaced. I expressed the importance that the new clasp be strong and lay flat along with the rest of the links. After receiving the call that it was done I returned only to have Tim break the new clasp while demonstrating it to me. I picked out a sturdier style clasp (first one was his pick) and left my bracelet to be fixed again. After a period of time I called the store to be told "Oh yeah, its ready". I arrived to find the wrong clasp had both been ordered and was attached so it twisted the rest of the bracelet. I told them to remove that clasp and give me the bracelet back. I won't be returning for strike 3.
I was referred to Dalzell by my parents who have been going there for years. We got our wedding bands and wedding jewellry there and had a great experience. Mine was 2 custom bands and they turned out better than I could have imagined!
What I love about this store is the fact that they sell some premium items as well as affordable ones. You can choose what you can afford.
Hands down the best! The staff are always so friendly and Diana went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel like family! We are so happy we got our wedding bands from here! We will recommend this place to everyone!!
