I have the pleasure of knowing the owner of Crystal Travel, Sue for a few years thru our local Chamber of Commerce and Women in McHenry County organizations.
I have booked two out of country excursions with Susan and I couldn't be happier with my experiences. Our first trip was to Punta Cana last year and she recommended the perfect hotel for our budget. All travel plans were explained clearly and everything went as planned. Our second trip had a hiccup due to the weather in Costa Rica in October of 2017. Susan helped us tremendously when we needed direction when our flight was cancelled due to inclement weather. She gave out her cell phone to us before we left and said in case of an emergency call me. We called and on the second ring she picked up. The last day of my honeymoon was stressful at times, but the next thing I knew I was on a different airline flying home. Thank you Susan for all your help! I came to this location on a Saturday when they were closed. Sue allowed us to come in as she was finishing up with a customer who had an appointment. We booked our honeymoon package which she guided us in making the right decisions. Thank you Sue!!!
At an event she hosted the other day, my acquaintances shared with me the wonderful vacations that she had planned for them, including Macchu Picchu (sp?), Alaska cruises and trips to Mexico.
