Luke Simpson was my contact and he was very helpful in navigating the process of filing a claim as a result of hail damage. He took the lead to meet with my insurance adjuster and act as my advocate to make sure I was getting the the proper consideration for the claim. He handled everything very professionally from beginning to end. We ultimately had a total replacement completed by a courteous, hard working team of professional installers who cleaned up each day and removed all debris, keeping our grounds looking great. We are very satisfied with the quality of our beautiful new roof and the process from beginning to end was first class!!!

The crew did an impressive job with the project and completed the entire job within several hours. Other companies claimed it could take a couple days to complete the work! They left the exterior of the house very tidy -- free of any debris caused from the removal of the old gutters.
We would like to give George Lombardo 10 stars if we could! He came to us after we had already been denied coverage for our roofs. We were skeptical. We didn’t want to paid for anything that wasn’t legitimately the insurance company’s responsibility. We weren’t looking to cheat anyone and we figured the insurance company had already inspected the roofs and given us their answer. George didn’t feel their answer was fair. He pushed to have the claim reopened and to have a neutral party make the decision. While we waited for the process to take place, he replaced our roofs. The quality of work was excellent. He only used top of the line materials. The work was preformed quickly and the guys on the job were qualified and professional. George was always available to take my calls or to run over if we needed anything. The only downfall to the process was how long it took. We were told it would take 10 months and it did. Even though we knew it- it felt like forever. However, it was worth the wait! In the end we went from being denied coverage to a $142,000 payment. We are so grateful for everything George did for us!
