Insurance is a service based industry and hopefully my issues are a one case scenario. With this being said, I cannot recommend Neis Insurance for personal lines policies.
3. Requested an auto quote and never received follow up
In an industry where agencies are paid from commissions, you would believe notifying insureds of billing updates is a top priority. Seeing how it took me requesting a dec page to find my insurance policies had lapsed, I have 0% confidence they have clients best interest in mind.
They have wonderful, intelligent staff who treat their customers like family. Willingness to listen to your needs and find coverage that is right for you. I have always been happy with how approachable David is. He absolutely goes above and beyond for his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for insurance.
Very grateful to have Neis Insurance managing all of my needs. With multiple drivers, many different types of vehicles and properties, our family needs lots of personal attention and that is provided by Neis Insurance. All the staff is friendly and thoughtful and treat me as a friend, not a number. Thank you Neis Insurance.
4. Added a new vehicle February 22nd. Requested Dec page and was told my policies had lapsed February 24th. Neis Insurance did not update my billing address so I never received any notices. Neis Insurance also never called me to let me know they were lapsing, leaving me uninsured for several days.
Could not get a quote after over 24 hours, with a family homeowner property transfer and have been in business with them over 15 years. Very disappointing. Bye, went with another to be insured, hope you had a good out to lunch Marsha and Amelia will call you back.
1. Billed wrong ESCROW for Home Owners Insurance
Love them! David Albanese is amazing. Very reasonable rates and great coverage.
2. Never updated mailing address (this plays a part in me leaving the agency later)
