Good selection of appliances but salesperson was less than truthful about other models of the brand names they do carry. I was looking for a specific Samsung model that he claimed didn't exist. He didn't offer to look it up. Needless to say, I bought what I was looking for somewhere else.
Our sales guy didn't seem to know his dishwashers. He started out $400 over our price range without asking, and wound up in the end telling us we'd need a special ADA dishwasher because our opening from floor to counter is .25 under 34 inches. Their website lists two of the many we looked at from Abt that fit our kitchen, including the one from Abt we had installed today. Grand has it for the same price, they just don't have the right guy in sales.
