Moving here from my home town in Colorado Springs finding a new dental crew was very important for me. Every dentist in the office is wonderful!
I have had horrible dental experiences in the past. I have finally had to find a new dentist and I'm so glad I found this office. I have seen Dr Rosenblatt for new crown and today Dr Stern for root canal. They are both amazing. I had a 100% pain free experience with the root canal. I have been waiting for the Novacain to wear off to see the amount of pain I'll be in. NOTHING! Not even an ache. Soooo happy! Love this office and all staff. Everyone is so friendly and dentists very comforting.
Really disappointed today. Scheduled my 4yr old appointment well in advance for a late day appointment. I was running late I called stating this...due to traffic in early rush hour, hoping the staff would be kind enough to accommodate. I was told 15 mins late for a cleaning was too late. I had already taken off from work early . My little one in the car and we were already on the way. The construction on hwy 14 delayed me more. I remained very calm while I was at the front desk, when I wanted to scream at the staff. I rescheduled. I'm a new patient, I realize I was late. I called stated this. It's very frustrating. I came to this office because of its child friendly environment. I was willing to wait if time was available but I was turned away. I feel this is a poor choice of service. And I find it hard to travel the 45 mins in rush hour for this service. I realize I was in the wrong, but I did not feel taken care of.
Best experience ever seeing a dentist! Everyone here is top notch. I have a tremendous fear of going to the dentist, but I have no fear of going to this dentist practice!
Dr. Stern and Halihan welcomed my children and I with open arms and laughter. I highly recommend this office and crew to anyone especially if your a tad bit scared from previous bad experience. Thank You so much!!
